I am constantly evolving and have stopped holding myself back in this world. I am extremely intrested in nutrition and global sustainability. I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance in summer of 2008 and have since learned so much about my body - inside and out. I want to eventually travel around the world learning about other cultures and how they approach nutrition and eating food. I am always keeping an open mind but try and follow a diet of organic, whole food without animal flesh.

I believe in being at peace with yourself and self-nourishment is the first step for any journey, including mine.
